Is your favourite item or size out of stock?

Oh no! We hate when that happens! We aim to have all available sizes (usually sizes XS - 4XL) of our retro clothing in stock. So, why do some of our items sell out so quickly?

  • We partner with relatively small brands plus we offer an exclusive collection. This means that most items are only available in a limited number of shops in the Netherlands or even in Europe.
  • Furthermore, part of our collection is available exclusively at Topvintage. These items are produced especially for us, but never in the large quantities that you would see at large retail chains.

In short: our items are hot, produced in limited quantities and often sell out in no time!

We don't make any promises that we can't keep

It's not possible to pay for any items in advance: we won't charge you for an item that isn't available from stock. We won't make any promises if we're not 100% certain that we can keep them. The availability of our items is always dependent on several things: the production speed of our suppliers, the delivery time of our carriers and in many cases also the time that it takes customs to process the shipment. Once the item has actually arrived at our warehouse, you will receive a notification, so you can quickly add your favourite item to your shopping bag!

Notify me when back in stock
To make things as easy as possible for you, you can ask to be notified when an item you've set your heart on is back in stock. In the description of each item you will find the most up-to-date delivery information (informing you whether the item is sold out completely or expected to come back in stock and if so, when). Simply select the temporarily sold out item or size and enter your e-mail address in the pop-up screen. We'll let you know as soon as we have more stock available. :-)

If the information says 'expected delivery date: month X', we know for 99% sure that the item will come back in stock in the month mentioned. Unfortunately, we are unable to give an exact date. Because the availability of an item depends on many factors that we have no influence on (like: the availability of certain materials, the production speed of the supplier, the production schedule, the popularity of an item, etc.).

If 'expected delivery date: unknown' is indicated, it means that we haven't received a new delivery date from our supplier (yet). So even if you have a wedding, a party or a festival, etc. coming up we won't be able to provide you with specific information on if and when this specific item will be back in stock... even though we would of course love to help you! The only thing you can do is use the 'notify me when back in stock' option and cross your fingers that the item will be back in stock in time. :-D
