Payment received:
Has your payment been credited to our bank/paypal account? Then you will receive an e-mail.

Order shipped: 
Has your order been shipped? In that case, we will let you know by email. If your order is sent as a package, you will receive the package number and the online track & trace code link where you can track your package (if applicable).


All our packages will be shipped signed-for Priority: secure and fast! We make no profit on our shipping rates. In contrary: most shipping methods we offer at a reduced rate!

 

Didn't you receive any confirmation e-mail?
In that case, it's possible that the e-mail message has been sent directly to your spam filter. We also noticed that mails of hotmail / gmail users are often sent with a delay of up to 12 hours! Therefore, we would like to advise you to add info@topvintage.net to your contacts list, so that you will receive all of our e-mail messages.
So if you haven't received an e-mail, you should look in the spam filter of your e-mail account.
