The detachable tie ribbon accentuates the waist and then she flows into summery shorts with flattering pleats, handy side pockets and short wide legs. Made of a sturdy, yet supple, dark-blue fabric (with a light stretch) for a curve-hugging fit. Match with sneakers or platforms for that feelgood retro flair!
